By purchasing any product or service from me or my website, you automatically agree to all the terms listed below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Policy

• Claiming that you did not read the Terms & Conditions or that they were not visible will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
• We will NOT process funds or refunds in any scenario, including mid-deal disputes, based on the above claim.
• It is your responsibility to read and understand all terms before making any payment.
• Once funds are sent, no refund is guaranteed. We will only attempt to resolve the issue if it is within our control.
• Please do not leave negative feedback before contacting us. We are human and not available 24/7.

2. Payment & Proof Requirements

• You must record your screen while making the payment (SellAuth / Crypto / PayPal / Stripe, etc.) and keep the recording until you fully check and are satisfied with the product.
• Any extra amount paid (Crypto / PayPal / Stripe / others) will be considered a donation.
• No refunds or extra products will be provided for overpayments.
• Always copy the exact amount shown on the website (especially for crypto payments such as LTC).

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

• Refunds or replacements are only provided:
• If the issue is clearly from our side, and
• Within the specified warranty or checking period mentioned in the product description.
• If a product does not mention any warranty, it means NO warranty applies*
• Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on usage:
• Example: If 50% of the service is used, only the remaining 50% may be compensated.
• In most cases, replacement is preferred over refund.
• We reserve the final decision on refunds or replacements.

4. Warranty Rules

• Product warranty starts immediately once the product is delivered, dropped, or provided — regardless of whether you are online or offline.
• No warranty applies unless explicitly stated.

5. Tools

• If a tool stops working due to patches, leaks, or other issues, we will attempt to fix and update it. However, refunds will not be issued in such cases.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any project at any time without offering refunds. “Lifetime” access means for as long as the service is operational.
• If a replacement product is released due to an irreparable issue, we may offer it at a discounted rate.
